I use an integrative approach to therapy that can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Christian Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to address your specific needs.

My goal for our time together is for you to feel seen and heard, to gain deeper insights into yourself, and to learn helpful skills to cope with the challenges in your life.
