Great to meet you!

Grief has been at the heart of my work for more than 25 years. I specialize in helping adults and seniors who are ready to look honestly at their patterns and open themselves to real change. Whether you are sitting with loss, anxiety, or the weight of a life transition, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I am very client driven. You set the agenda: each session begins with what is most present for you right now. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice and gently shift the thought patterns that keep you stuck, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to keep our work oriented toward the future you want. Sessions feel collaborative, practical, and grounded in your real goals. Together we build a plan that reflects your pace, your strengths, and where you genuinely want to go.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to arrive with your story organized or know where to begin. Mostly, the first session is me listening. I'll ask what brought you here, what's been hardest, and what you'd want to feel differently. You can share as much or as little as you're ready to, and nothing is too small to bring in.

I believe people are capable of the change they're hoping for. I've sat with clients carrying loss so heavy they couldn't imagine joy again, and I've watched joy find its way back. There is hope for that. We can start looking for it together.
