Great to meet you!

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | Insurance-Based Telehealth | Fast Appointments

I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, mood changes, sleep issues, and stress-related concerns.

Patients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure if medication is right for them. My approach is practical, supportive, and collaborative—I take time to listen, explain options clearly, and create treatment plans that fit real life.

I offer medication management and supportive care via telehealth, making it easier to get help without long wait times or travel. I accept most major insurance plans through Headway and work to make care accessible, straightforward, and respectful.

I accept Original Medicare through Thrive Wellness and Mental Health website.

My approach to therapy

Patients can expect clear explanations and shared decision-making, timely appointments, insurance-friendly care through Headway, & telehealth visits from the comfort of home

If you’re ready for professional support and want a provider who takes both your concerns and your time seriously, I’d be honored to work with you. I provide individualized care to patients that focuses on problem solving in a direct way that is patient-centered and empathetic by creating a supportive environment where patients feel understood, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk through what’s been going on in a supportive, judgment-free space. We will talk about your current concerns, symptoms, and what led you to seek care; review relevant medical, mental health, and medication history; discuss how your symptoms are affecting your daily life, work, school, or relationships; and explore treatment options together, including whether medication may be helpful. You do not need to have the “right words” or a formal diagnosis to get started.
