Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm glad your'e here. I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who helps individuals and families heal from past wounds and build healthier, more confident lives. My approach is warm, structured, and practical — I believe therapy should feel safe while also helping you grow.

I specialize in working with abandonment and attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, grief, and relational patterns that feel difficult to change. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, emotional regulation skills, attachment-focused work, and inner child healing when appropriate. For clients who desire it, I can thoughtfully incorporate faith-based principles in a way that supports healing without shame.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as calm, honest, and supportive. I will help you understand your patterns, strengthen boundaries, and develop real-life coping tools you can use outside of session. My goal is to help you feel emotionally secure, empowered, and confident in your ability to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on helping you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We’ll review confidentiality, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you’d like to see change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, current challenges, and strengths, but you won’t be pressured to share more than you’re ready for.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and outline a clear direction for our work. You can expect a calm, structured space where you feel supported.
