Great to meet you!

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in treating high-acuity patients and helping individuals find stability during times of severe vulnerability. My journey to nursing wasn’t linear; I spent some of my career in marketing and earned an MBA while being in nursing management before realizing my true purpose was in mental healthcare. That diverse background allows me to bring a unique, well-rounded perspective to my clinical practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychiatric care is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental sanctuary where you feel genuinely heard, valued, and respected from the moment you step into my office. Navigating complex, high-acuity mental health challenges can feel incredibly overwhelming, which is why my immediate priority is always to partner with you to find stability and calm amid the storm. Because of my non-traditional background—spanning an MBA, Critical Care, and Emergency nursing; I found my true calling in nursing—I don't look at care through a purely clinical lens. I see you as a whole person with a unique life story. Together, we will work collaboratively to manage your immediate needs while building a foundation of genuine optimism, empowering you to take confident, meaningful steps toward your long-term mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

In my care, you will find a safe, supportive space where you are heard, respected, and valued. I am deeply passionate about helping patients stabilize, overcome complex challenges, and look toward the future with a renewed sense of optimism. Together, we will take meaningful, manageable steps toward your long-term mental health and wellness.
