Great to meet you!

Many people appear "fine" on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, overwhelm, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. You may find yourself overthinking, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from the present, or constantly putting pressure on yourself just to keep up. Therapy can help you slow down, better understand yourself, regulate emotions more effectively, and change patterns to create a greater sense of balance, clarity, and connection in your life.

I have a master's degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and years of experience working in the field, and it would be an honor to assist you in meeting your mental health goals. I help clients gain self-awareness, stop obsessive compulsive cycles, manage anxiety and overwhelm, regulate emotions, improve relationships, and break free from unhelpful patterns. I offer in-person therapy to those in the Tampa Bay Area, and virtual therapy to those in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

My approach to therapy

I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences and work to make lasting change. Therapy is a collaborative process where you're the expert on you and I'm the expert on mental health. Together, we'll work step by step towards your mental health goals.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we review and dive deeper into your history and the questions answered on the intake paperwork. This allows me to get a better understanding of you and why you've chosen to seek counseling. We will also use this session to identify goals. It's my job to help you heal and grow. I will validate, challenge, and support you with the goal of you being able to do these things for yourself by the end of our time working together. No matter what your ultimate goals are for therapy, we will work to reach them in a collaborative environment.
