Great to meet you!

My therapeutic styles are relaxed and conversational. I like being able to connect with my clients in a warm, empathetic, and comfortable way so that we can decide the best plan of action for our time together. I am dedicated to providing you with confidential, compassionate & personalized treatment to meet your individual needs & goals.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (NC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (SC). Now that you've gotten this far, let me help you find the vitality that you deserve.

My approach to therapy

I explore Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered, and Brief Solution Focused models in which thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors are explored, which help clients understand what is or isn't working, and shift them to healthier habits and thought processes.
