I am passionate about listening to you and working together with you to develop a plan that will best suit you. I have over 10 years of mental health experience and over two decades of experience in the healthcare field.
I believe in a holistic approach and believe there are many different treatment options including pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods.
My initial evaluations are 60 minutes and follow ups are 30 minutes. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
