Great to meet you!

I'm a certified trauma-trained therapist passionate about helping my clients become the best version of themselves. Meeting my clients where they are, I provide them with a judgment-free space that facilitates self-discovery, self-actualization, and healing. My 15 years of working in the helping human service field, professional training, and lived experience have equipped me with the skills, tools, and knowledge to journey with my clients empathetically.

My approach to therapy

I offer a holistic approach to healing. The mind-body connection is at the root of my practice. By incorporating breath work and movement, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness, I teach my clients the power of self-regulation and the art of becoming "unbothered". My approach is gentle and nurturing enough to provide a safe and comfortable space for self-discovery, reflection, and healing to place.

What you can expect from me

After each session, my clients walk away with healthy tools and strategies to manage life stressors "unbothered", and they feel relieved and equipped to not only thrive but to soar at life.
