Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship stress, or chronic health concerns are affecting your daily life. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are hard to change, disconnected from the people closest to you, or unsure how to move forward.

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating substance use and addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, chronic conditions, family conflict, trauma, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, anger management, stress, women’s issues, and cultural or ethnic concerns. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I support individuals, couples, and families in better understanding the patterns that shape their lives and relationships. I offer therapy in both English and Polish and strive to create a warm, supportive, and culturally respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, holistic, solution oriented, and tailored to each client’s needs.

I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical tools that help you create change in your everyday life.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Problem-Solving Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Solution Focused Couples Therapy, the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Together, we may explore how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, family patterns, relationships, culture, health concerns, or past experiences are contributing to current challenges.

Depending on your goals, our work may focus on reducing anxiety or depression, addressing substance use, improving communication, strengthening relationships, managing stress, coping with chronic illness, or processing trauma and grief. My goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and practical strategies for lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and supportive environment where your concerns are taken seriously and your goals guide our work together. In our first sessions, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been difficult recently, and what you hope will feel different moving forward.

Whether you are coming to therapy individually, as a couple, or as a family, we will work together to identify patterns, clarify goals, and develop realistic steps toward change. Over time, therapy can help you strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, communicate more effectively, navigate relationship or family conflict, manage stress, and feel more confident in your ability to move forward. My goal is to help you feel supported while building a healthier, more balanced life.
