Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who focuses on psychiatric medication management and also provides supportive therapy for adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. As an PMHNP I am not professionally trained to provide in-depth therapy. I'm bilingual in English and Polish, and I also speak some Spanish and Russian. As an immigrant myself, and through years of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, I’ve developed a deep understanding of cultural, immigration, and assimilation challenges. I strive to bring empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity to every session.

(In my practice, I do not prescribe immediate release stimulants or benzodiazepines)

My approach to therapy

I offer a collaborative and personalized approach. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout your mental health journey. I offer medication support, gentle therapy, and a safe space to feel heard.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding your current challenges, goals, and mental health history. I’ll ask questions to help guide your care, and together we’ll create a personalized treatment plan.
