I have 9 years of experience working with individuals with past history of trauma and everything under the trauma umbrella. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with low self-esteem, relationship issues and trauma to no longer make themselves invisible and feel empowered.

I use person-center approach and I pull from various modalities to best fit the individual. Session with me would look like a back and worth conversation with the different approaches weaved into the conversation.
