Great to meet you!

I have immediate openings available.

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally disconnected? Have you been holding it together for everyone else while quietly unraveling inside? You don’t have to carry it alone.

I specialize in helping adults navigate the messy middle of life — the moments when what once felt stable begins to shift. That might look like the loss of a relationship, role, or career; facing a cancer diagnosis; caregiving for someone you love; struggling with body image or internalized shame; or feeling burned out, lost, or emotionally flat.

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness, paired with a warm, honest, and practical style. Therapy with me is a space to exhale, process what’s heavy, and reset with clarity and intention.

If you're ready to stop carrying everything alone — or even just curious about what support could look like — I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to wait until you fall apart to ask for help. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is start the conversation.

You’ve held space for everyone else. Now it’s your turn.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, grounded, collaborative, and honest. I blend evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic insight, and mindfulness-based interventions, while always centering you as the expert on your own life. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. It's responsive, personalized, and spacious enough to hold complexity.

What you can expect from me

Our first session focuses on building trust, identifying patterns, setting clear therapeutic goals, and outlining practical next steps for progress.
