Great to meet you!

A Hypnotherapist beyond the ordinary. Bilingual in Spanish. I Got my master’s degree in social work at the U of N Dakota. Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the states of MN and FL. Nationwide, a Holistic Therapist (body, mind and spirit) and practice alternative medicine (energy, frequencies and vibrations.)

Certified as an Emotional Freedom Therapist (tapping,) trained in clinical-spiritual hypnosis, energy psychology, regressions. I use spiritual hypnosis to help you explore and reshape your subconscious mind, among other science-based therapies and techniques. Also, with knowledge in Metaphysics, Quantum Mechanics and Epigenetics.

I have ample experience working with families, couples, adults, and teenagers from different ethnic backgrounds, beliefs, and cultural levels. I deliver my services according to my client’s beliefs, needs, concerns, special gifts, limitations, preferences, and finances.

My approach to therapy

I listen to my Clients to find out where they are at; to figure out what’s behind their statements; where they want to go; what their goals, dreams, needs and desires are; identify their blocks to find their true-divine self; resolve irrational fears, limiting beliefs; detox their body from negative emotions which prevent them from forgiving themselves and others and to enjoy life; and provide specific psychoeducation to improve the way they relate with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

The first thing I do is to invite my Clients to feel free to be themselves. That is, they don't need to be "politically correct" or to sugar code their statements. Instead, to be as raw and direct as they feel to. In the long run, that is how they discover what makes them to be unique... the masterpiece that all of us are... regardless.

Some Clients have a clear idea of what they want to talk about: I listen with empathy and respect.

Other Clients are confused and don’t know what to say: I engage them into informal conversation which would allow them to open up... to break the ice and/or I ask brief, open-ended questions to elicit a warm communication.

TESTIMONIALS:

Martha is a great therapist. Considerate, respectful, loving and above all she wants me to succeed in my personal development.

Martha has been so wonderful to work with. She really has taken the time to understand where I am coming from and tailor her approach. I am so grateful to be working with her.
