Great to meet you!

I have a Masters in Social Work and have been a licensed clinical social worker since 1987. I have worked in hospital emergency rooms, public health agencies, in-home community services and private mental health agencies. I believe in the value of people and the resiliency of the human spirit. I have worked with individuals from all walks of life, which include but is not limited to, seniors, adults, families, trauma survivors, military personnel and first responders. I very much enjoy what I do. I have a sense of humor while wrapped in kindness and integrity. I do what I say that I will do in all areas of my life.

My approach to therapy

I am very direct and honest in my approach to therapy but never in a judgmental way. I gently push to support you in reaching your identified outcomes. Based on your needs, we may focus on boundary setting, allowing your voice to be heard, identifying and processing your feelings as well as knowing and accepting your value.

What you can expect from me

It is hopeful that after each session, my clients feel validated, cared for and empowered to continue moving along their individual journey.
