Great to meet you!

Carrying heavy burdens in silence takes a toll. I believe therapy should be a soft place for hard conversations, a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are and simply be human. Whether you are working through

anxiety, depression, or the weight of trauma, navigating questions around identity, or breaking free from the shame often tied to substance use and recovery, you do not have to carry it alone. I am here when you are ready.

My approach to therapy

Every person who walks into therapy brings their own story, and my job is to walk alongside you in yours. I work collaboratively, meeting you where you are and adjusting as you grow. Depending on what you need, we might use skills-based

tools from CBT or ACT to examine unhelpful thought patterns and build more flexibility. We might draw on art, mindfulness, or body-based work when words alone do not capture what you are carrying. The thread through everything:

healing happens through connection, not through being fixed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we take it slow. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. We will talk about what brought you here, what you are hoping for, and what feels most pressing. By the end of that first hour, you will have a clearer sense of what our work together might look like, and most clients leave feeling heard, less alone, and a little bit lighter.
