Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience working with adults. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Liberty University. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed or put a lot of pressure on themselves to hold everything together. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, and I see therapy as a partnership focused on creating meaningful, practical change.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship while also helping clients make meaningful progress toward their goals. I often draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and grounding techniques, along with exploring patterns in thoughts and behaviors. I work best with adults who want both support and structure - space to process, along with tools they can use in daily life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed, supportive space where we get to know each other. I'll ask a few questions to understand what's bringing you in, and you're always welcome to ask me anything as well. We'll begin identifying goals so you leave feeling heard, comfortable and with a clear direction for next steps.
