Great to meet you!

At Roots of Resilience CFC, I seek to help families and individuals from all walks of life. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, I am here to walk alongside you with care and respect for your unique journey. I believe every family and individual—regardless of background, language, or life experience—deserves to be seen, heard, and supported. We will work together to create a collaborative space where you, your child, or your family can feel safe to explore challenges, build on your strengths and move towards positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. We’ll explore the context you live in—your family, community supports, and core beliefs—then set achievable goals together. I draw on principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, strength-based theories, and relational-culturally responsive approaches to guide our work.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect gentle curiosity: I’ll ask about your background, key life experiences, goals, and values. I work at a pace that feels safe—never pushing you or your child into spaces you’re not ready to explore.

What makes my practice unique is the partnership I build with each person. I listen deeply to your story, help you uncover your own strengths, and hold you gently accountable as you move toward your goals. My aim is to support you in the direction you choose, honoring your voice every step of the way.
