Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Mary Lee Beck and I am a licensed, board-certified psychiatric/mental health practitioner with expanded education, licensure and experience in family medicine. Having been down the mental health road myself, from mental health disorder to mental health well-being, it became clear to me that my true passion in healthcare is to be alongside you, in your journey to mentaI health and mental well-being.

I have several areas of expertise and currently treat and manage: ADHD, Anxiety Diorders, Bipolar and Related Disorders, Depressive Disorders, OCD, Alcohol and Substance Use Disorders, Sleep Disorders and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, among other mental health conditions. As a dual-certified nurse practitioner, I understand that physical health and physical well-being cannot easily exist without mental health and mental well-being. I have a keen sense of the interconnections of body, mind, and soul.

I want you to know that I am fully committed to providing you with the quality of care that you deserve. Navigating the healthcare system that we live in today can be daunting. Even moreso with psych/mental health. My approach is centered around you, with a combination of clinical expertise, personal observations, and intuition, all while being guided by evidence-based guidelines. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and receive the most effective treatment tailored to your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to my practice is both traditional and integrative. I believe holistic care (lifestyle modification, stress management, exercise, meditation and grounding techniques, etc.) has its place right alongside traditional Western medication management.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with greater clarity, actionable insights, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their goals. Whether we're working through challenges, exploring new possibilities, or developing strategies for growth, my aim is to create a supportive and collaborative space where real progress can happen. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, so clients often walk away feeling more empowered, focused, and equipped with practical tools they can apply in their daily lives. Ultimately, the work we do together is designed to foster meaningful change and lasting results.
