Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Psychologist, I have the privilege of helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship and family difficulties, and major life transitions. My focus is on helping you better understand what you’re experiencing and working together toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in proven therapeutic approaches. I believe that effective treatment begins with feeling understood and supported, while also having a clear path toward improvement. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, develop realistic solutions that fit your needs, and build the skills and momentum to create lasting change.

I use an interactive, solution-focused approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring treatment to your individual needs and goals. My role is to walk alongside you while also providing the clinical expertise and guidance needed to help you move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes and build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not quite sure what to expect. My goal is to make the process feel comfortable, collaborative, and approachable from the beginning.

In our work together, we’ll have open, meaningful conversations about what you’re experiencing—your symptoms, concerns, relationships, and anything else that feels important to you. We’ll take the time to understand what’s going on, identify what may be getting in the way, and then focus on practical solutions that can help you feel better and move forward.

I use proven approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness to help you develop new skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and build momentum toward lasting change. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll work through it together, one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to feel better, handle life’s challenges with greater confidence, and create meaningful change, let’s take that next step together. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Reach out today, and we’ll work together to identify what’s getting in the way, find practical solutions, and build the momentum to move forward. Change takes time, but you don’t have to wait to get started. I’ll be here to support you, recognize your progress, and celebrate the steps you take along the way.
