Great to meet you!

So glad you're here! I got my BSW from UNC-Wilmington and MSW from Fordham University. I love helping my clients feel understood and hopeful.

My approach to therapy

I firmly believe in the power of connection to help us work through our toughest "stuff," and it's such an honor and privilege to help my clients feel loved, heard and understood. I have a laid-back, inclusive approach to working with my clients, which I hope fosters emotional safety!

What you can expect from me

Life can be HARD. Coming to therapy gives you a place where you can unpack, unburden and untangle all of the “stuff” that’s weighing you down. I love connecting with my clients in a relaxed, open-minded space that allows them to feel free to be who they want to be! I want my clients to consider therapy THEIR space, and I hope they leave sessions feeling a little more hopeful, unburdened and ready to get back to their lives.
