Great to meet you!

Hello! I am so happy you are here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I currently serve New Hampshire clients through telehealth psychotherapy. I am passionate about supporting people who are navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma and/or embarking on the journey of becoming a parent.

My approach to therapy

My goal as a therapist is to create a nonjudgmental, safe and validating place for you to feel comfortable sharing your deepest thoughts and empowered to process your emotions. I take a client-led, holistic treatment approach, always leading with a strengths-based perspective. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and attachment theory.

I specialize in supporting women and birthing persons who are navigating their mental health in the perinatal period and beyond. I am passionate about providing services to those who are suffering during this life change, and those who have experienced birth trauma.

What you can expect from me

I think it's important to show up as your authentic self, so you can expect an informal, warm and empathetic tone in sessions. I am committed to creating a safe space that allows my client to feel seen, heard, and validated in a way that helps promote self-acceptance and further develops your awareness of your own strength and resilience. I believe I am here to guide and support my client through their journey of self-discovery and life's changes.
