Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who supports teens and adults feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or stuck. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood swings, or burnout, and are looking for a provider who listens deeply and offers a calm, compassionate space. I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychiatric care with a warm, supportive approach to help you regain clarity, stability, and emotional balance. My clinical experience includes inpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, and outpatient mental health, allowing me to support clients with a wide range of needs. I draw from my education and training as both a nurse and mental health provider to bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, grounded presence to each session.

I believe healing begins when a person feels heard, respected, and supported. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered, blending medication management with supportive therapy, CBT-informed strategies, and mind-body techniques when appropriate. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where growth can unfold at a comfortable pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and rooted in trauma-informed care. I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work toward healing at their own pace. I combine medication management with supportive psychotherapy, CBT-informed strategies, and mind-body techniques when appropriate. I take time to understand each person’s unique needs, values, and goals, and I work closely with clients to develop a plan that feels both achievable and empowering. My goal is to help clients build resilience, improve emotional balance, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, compassionate space to explore their thoughts and emotions openly. Together, we’ll develop personalized strategies to overcome challenges, build resilience, and foster growth. My approach is culturally sensitive and client-centered, focusing on empowerment and self-awareness. Each session equips you with practical tools and deeper insights to help you achieve balance, mental vitality, and a greater sense of well-being.
