Great to meet you!

Access to mental health care can be difficult for pregnant/postpartum clients. The 14 years I worked as a nurse midwife gives me a unique understanding of the time sensitive nature for care, as well as a gentle approach towards treatment plans.

Clients with generalized mental health conditions with mild to moderate complexity are also served in this practice.

For those interested in a faith-based approach to care, I have additional training in Christian mental health coaching.

My approach to therapy

Goal-oriented treatment is the approach I like to take when creating treatment plans. Goals should be measurable so we can check in and compare results over time. While medication management is the focus of the visits, a holistic approach will also address things such as nutrition, exercise, substance use, screen time, and relationships.

What you can expect from me

Working together, we will create measurable goals you would like to achieve, and you will be an active participant in your care plan.
