Great to meet you!

I have a Masters in Counseling from Montclair State University in NJ obtained in 2006. I became independently licensed in 2010 in the state of NJ, I became licensed in NC in 2016. I have experience working with various populations. I can do individual as well as couples work. I am

able to work with different diagnoses however my favorite is dealing with attachment issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to

therapy differs from client to client. I start where the client is at. My focus is making the client feel comfortable to express how they are feeling without fear of judgement or bias.

What you can expect from me

I help the client by making them the best version of themselves. What clients can expect to take away from me is complete empathy while telling them what they need to hear. They will walk away with a healthier perspective then when they first came to the session.
