Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner & Family Nurse Practitioner. I focus on providing compassionate, patient-centered care by addressing both physical and mental health needs. I work closely with my patients to develop individualized treatment plans, manage medications safely and effectively, and support long-term wellness. My goal is to create a supportive, respectful environment where you feel heard, understood, and confident in your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic and collaborative. I take time to listen, understand your concerns, and consider both your physical and mental health when developing individualized treatment plans. I focus on safe, effective care that supports long-term wellness and helps prevent health crises.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll review your concerns, health history, and goals for care. I’ll complete a comprehensive assessment, discuss your symptoms, medications, and past treatments, and answer your questions. By the end of the visit, we’ll outline an initial care plan and next steps, with the goal of ensuring you feel heard, respected, and confident moving forward.
