Great to meet you!

My name is Mary Carmen Randleman, M.Ed., LPC, and I am a licensed clinician with more than two decades of experience providing psychological, educational, and mental‐health services to children, adolescents, and adults. I am the owner of Eagle Mountain Counseling & Testing Center, where I specialize in accurate psychological and educational evaluations, evidence‐based counseling, and supportive guidance for individuals and families seeking clarity, healing, and direction.

I earned my Master of Education in School Counseling from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, and later completed ECU’s School Psychological Services Certification Program, becoming certified as both a School Psychologist and School Psychometrist. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern State University. In addition to my clinical training, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Oklahoma.

My practice focuses on helping clients understand themselves, their strengths, and their challenges through counseling, assessment and compassionate therapeutic support. I specialize in ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, behavioral concerns, mood disorders, trauma, and school‐related difficulties. I am passionate about ensuring that children and adults receive accurate diagnoses and the right interventions—especially in communities where psychological services are limited.

Clients describe my approach as warm, direct, and deeply supportive. Whether through counseling or testing, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a supportive, faith-informed, and practical way, helping individuals and families move toward healing, growth, and emotional maturity. My style combines compassion, encouragement, and professional counseling skills with Biblical values for those who desire a Christian counseling perspective. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing concerns such as trauma, grief, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, co-dependency, spiritual growth, and family challenges. I also provide psychological assessments and testing, including psycho-educational, ADHD, Autism, diagnostic, and neuropsychological evaluations.

What you can expect from me

During your first session with me, you can expect a calm, welcoming, and structured environment designed to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative—I want you to feel like you’re sitting with someone who genuinely cares about your story and knows how to help you make sense of it.

We begin by talking about what brought you in: your concerns, your goals, and what you hope to change or understand. I take time to learn about your background, strengths, challenges, and any patterns you’ve noticed. If you’re seeking testing or evaluation, I explain the process clearly so you know exactly what to expect and how each step works.

I also help you identify immediate priorities—whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving mood, understanding behavior, navigating school or work stress, or gaining clarity through assessment. Clients often leave the first session feeling more grounded, with a clearer sense of direction and a plan that feels manageable.

My goal is for you to feel safe, heard, and respected. I create an environment where you can speak openly without judgment and where we work together to build insight, resilience, and practical strategies that support real change.
