Great to meet you!

As a parent and clinician, I am well aware of the challenges individuals and families struggle with today. I am passionate about advocating for my clients in the change process. I have over 20 years in the field of mental health helping, kids, teens, adults, older adults, and families in need. I am licensed in both OR and WA and have multiple certifications including addictions work.

My approach to therapy

I believe counseling is a collaborative process between the counselor and client working towards positive health outcomes regardless of personal beliefs and identities. Using an eclectic approach to the therapeutic process I utilize components of my training in CBT, ACT, DBT, Gottman, addiction studies, sand tray and play therapy.

What you can expect from me
