Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Mary and I am so happy you found your way here, as taking the first step towards self care and support is sometimes the hardest part. Let me tell you a little bit about me to support your journey in finding a Therapist that is right for you.

I have worked in the mental health field for 10+ years now in various capacities. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as both a special educator and behavioral support specialist in school settings supporting students with a wide range of needs and identities. I believe people do best when they feel understood and my goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and feel more capable, connected, and confident in who they are.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're a parent lying awake at night worrying about your child's emotional outbursts, school struggles, friendships, or future while feeling exhausted from all of the school meetings, phone calls, and trying to figure out how to help—or you're a teen or young adult who never quite feels like you fit in, frequently finds yourself in conflict with others, struggles to keep up with expectations, or feels overwhelmed by big emotions, you're not alone. Therapy can help make sense of what's happening beneath the surface while providing support and direction for moving forward.

What you can expect from me

First sessions with me typically include humor, connection and relationship building. You set the pace so we approach the hard parts when you decide you are ready. Of course, I help you get there with a lot of support, non-judgement, and empowerment. Currently accepting Tweens, Teens and young adults for appointments on Saturdays only.
