Great to meet you!

I’m an LCSW with a Master’s degree in Social Work and I work with adults looking for a thoughtful and supportive space to reflect, grow and navigate life’s challenges. I support clients experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, burnout and major life transitions. I offer teletherapy to individuals located in North Carolina.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and engaged with a balance of warmth and directness when helpful. I use an integrative approach drawing from CBT, ACT, DBT skills and strengths-based and solution-focused therapies to support meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding your experiences, clarifying your goals and establishing a sense of safety and trust. This session sets the foundation for future work centered on values, coping strategies and intentional change.
