Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. Reaching out for therapy can be one of the hardest steps, and my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe enough to be yourself and begin healing.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I help clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, rebuild their self-worth, and create healthier relationships while learning practical skills they can use outside of therapy.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I believe therapy should not only help you understand why you're struggling, but also equip you with practical tools to create lasting change. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and attachment-based interventions to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, unresolved trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, or simply feeling stuck, I will meet you where you are without judgment. Together, we'll identify your strengths, work through barriers that have kept you from moving forward, and develop realistic strategies that support your goals and the life you want to create.

I believe every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. My role is to walk alongside you, provide support, challenge unhelpful patterns with compassion, and help you discover the confidence and resilience that already exist within you. It would be an honor to be part of your healing journey.
