I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland with over 18 years of experience helping children, individuals, and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and life transitional challenges. Having recently earned my Doctor of Social Work (DSW) from Morgan State University, my practice is rooted in advanced, evidence-informed care. Throughout my career in public school systems, residential treatment facilities, and outpatient mental health clinics, I have developed an integrative, eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to each client's unique needs and strengths. As I return to private practice with a focus on adults, youth, and families experiencing major life transitions, I bring warmth, structure, and genuine curiosity to foster meaningful growth in every therapeutic relationship.

As I return to private practice, I am focusing on supporting adults, adolescents, and families navigating life transitions, work-related stress, career shifts, and complex family dynamics. I am particularly passionate about helping parents and youth build stronger communication, connection, and resilience. Bringing warmth, structure, and genuine curiosity to every session, I foster a supportive therapeutic environment where clients can navigate change and achieve lasting personal growth.
