Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida with 5+ years of counseling experience. After graduating with my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida, I immediately dove into clinical work. I specialize in working with children/families, adolescents, and young adults. I enjoy cats, vintage shopping, music, and crafting.

My approach to therapy

I remain present with each client and their individual struggles. This allows me to form a unique relationship with each client and ensure a space that is comfortable, yet challenging when necessary. I often tailor sessions to fit client's needs while consistently utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

What you can expect from me

The first session will focus on getting to know the client through discussion of their interests, history, and presenting problem. We will then collaboratively establish treatment goals for therapy and will conclude the session by determining our suitability in continuing services together.
