Finding a therapist can feel immensely overwhelming. Often the hardest step is just showing up, and you have already accomplished that!
Everyone has different needs and goals. As such, the techniques that I use in practice differ from client to client. I offer weekly sessions, where we can work collaboratively to address your individual needs and goals. Some of my focus areas include anxiety, adhd, asd, family difficulties, stress management, and self esteem.
