Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can show up fully as you are. I specialize in working with women navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the pressures of balancing motherhood and professional life.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in evidence-based practices. For clients who desire it, I also integrate faith into the therapeutic process.

Therapy with me is collaborative, we work together to identify patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools that help you move forward with clarity and confidence. You don’t have to carry it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, with a strong trauma-informed foundation. I work with women who are used to being “the strong one” and help them unpack unresolved trauma, relationship patterns, and emotional burnout.

I integrate CBT and CPT to challenge unhelpful beliefs and strengthen emotional regulation, while also focusing on identity, boundaries, and relational healing. Therapy with me is both reflective and goal-oriented, we process, but we also build skills.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, not just the problem that brought you in. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You are always in control of how much you share, and we will move at a pace that feels safe.

We’ll also discuss your goals and begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to stress, overwhelm, or relationship challenges. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps.
