Great to meet you!

I am a person-centered therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and life transitions.

I also have experience supporting adolescents and adults with performance anxiety, motivation, confidence, and other sports-related concerns. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a youth, high school, and college wrestling coach following my own career as a competitive wrestler.

My goal is to provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment where you can regain hope, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and collaborative, with a focus on empowerment, personal growth, and helping clients build self-efficacy.

I believe in providing forward-focused care that prioritizes your goals, builds practical skills, and helps create meaningful change both inside and outside of therapy sessions.

I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and understand the biological, emotional, environmental, and relational factors that influence mental health and well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll begin building a collaborative relationship and identify the goals that matter most to you.

We'll work at a pace that feels comfortable while creating practical strategies you can use between sessions. My goal is to help you feel supported, challenged, and empowered as we work toward meaningful progress together.
