Great to meet you!

I’m committed to helping men rediscover the power of their emotions and break through the societal barriers that prevent them from embracing vulnerability. My goal is to create a space where men can shed this pressure and connect more fully with themselves. With training in men’s emotional health, addiction recovery, and neurodivergence, I’m dedicated to working with men who are navigating tough, often stigmatized issues. My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences openly. Using a blend of evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness, I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs, helping them navigate challenges, heal from trauma, and build emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients will gain deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and tools for navigating life’s challenges. My goal is for you to feel empowered to embrace vulnerability, heal from past wounds, and connect more authentically with yourself and others. You’ll leave with practical strategies to manage emotions, overcome shame, and cultivate self-acceptance, all within a supportive, non-judgmental space.
