I have spent most of my mental health career working with children and their families. I am passionate about leading my clients to creative solutions to what they view needs to be changed.

I create a solution-focused , person centered space for my clients. I let the client lead the way in figuring out what it is they want to work together on. My approach is warm and affirming, however, I am able to provide constructive feedback when needed to push my clients towards the changes wanting to be made.

I come from a judgement free mindset, however, I am genuinely interested in my clients life experiences, feelings, interests, and goals. My clients can expect to leave our sessions with new thoughts and outside therapy homework to help them build on new skills.
