Great to meet you!

Sometimes we need a guide to walk with us through difficult, confusing, and uncertain times. I love working with individuals and couples working through conflict, anxiety, and addiction patterns. I enjoy bringing my authenticity and warmth into your world no matter what you are going through.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrated model of therapy that is evidence based, interpersonal and attachment/relational focused. I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method for Couples. My style can be both direct and educational at times, as well as warm in order to allow you space to process difficult experiences.

What you can expect from me

My clients leave sessions feeling more hopeful about the future, validated through having the space to process and find their authentic self, while feeling challenged and strengthened through our experience. I'd love to work with you and collaborate on helping you in your life!
