Great to meet you!

Throughout my career, I have sought to better understand people, myself included. I enjoy digging into the underlying or surrounding context behind why a person falls into emotional health challenges, addiction, failed relationships...

I use holistic therapy techniques to empower individuals who struggle with addiction, past trauma, and relationships to live a happy, courageous life by releasing the unhealthy or toxic patterns that keep them stuck and from discovering their true purpose.

My approach to therapy

I am Level III trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, certified in EMDR Level II (trauma focused therapy), trained in Motivational Interviewing, Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Enhanced Recovery Model, Impact Therapy, Perceptual Adjustment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, the Neuroscience of Addiction, Mindfulness Based Approach. Author - The Integrative Dual Recovery Workbook 3rd Edition

What you can expect from me

I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship can help foster a safe environment to attend to our vulnerabilities, nurture and re-parent the Self, and heal emotional and psychological wounds. My therapeutic approach ultimately centers around reclaiming and integrating aspects of self.

I have 30 years of experience and have developed an impactful approach, that harnesses cognitive, emotional, attachment, and neurobiological processes aimed at quickly changing negative core beliefs and schemas.
