Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working with adults through telehealth. My background includes treating a wide range of psychiatric concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, trauma-related symptoms, and substance use concerns.

I keep my practice intentionally small so I can get to know my patients, stay involved in their care, and avoid making treatment more complicated than it needs to be.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and following all things Boston sports. My wife and I built a campervan and traveled across the U.S., which became one of my favorite experiences. And at home, I spend plenty of time with my senior Norwegian Forest cat.

My approach to therapy

I like to keep treatment practical and individualized. I want to understand what you’re dealing with, what you want to improve, and what has or hasn’t worked before.

I’ll give you my clinical opinion, explain the reasoning behind my recommendations, and work with you on a plan that feels realistic. Treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I’d rather make thoughtful adjustments based on how you’re actually doing than follow a rigid formula.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting to know you and understanding what you want help with. We’ll talk about your current concerns, symptoms, history, previous medications or treatment, and your goals.

You don’t need to come in knowing exactly what’s wrong or what treatment you want. We’ll sort through it together, talk about the options, and come up with a plan that makes sense for you.
