Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing collaborative, patient-centered medication management for adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and practical. I focus on understanding each client’s symptoms, goals, and life circumstances to create an individualized treatment plan. I provide supportive medication management for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, mood concerns, ADHD, insomnia, trauma-related symptoms, and substance use concerns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and not rushed. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what has been difficult lately, your history, symptoms, medications, and goals. I aim to create a calm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly. Together, we’ll discuss treatment options and create a realistic plan for moving forward.
