Great to meet you!

I've been drawn to people and their inner lives for as long as I can remember. Even as a teenager, I was reading about therapy and noticing how much it mattered when someone felt truly understood. That curiosity led me through community mental health, medical settings, and perinatal care before I found my way to private practice, supporting adults through anxiety, depression, and life's big transitions. What guides my work today is simple: presence, curiosity, and real connection are where change happens.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, parenting, and burnout. Clients I see are often thoughtful people who feel stuck or overwhelmed. Together, we slow down, notice patterns, and have honest conversations to make sense of what's felt confusing or isolating. My goal is to help you feel clearer, calmer, and more grounded in yourself. Over time, we work toward living with more confidence, intention, and alignment with what truly matters to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation. No pressure or checklist. I want to get to know you, hear what's bringing you in, and start noticing patterns together in a warm, unhurried way. From there, we'll set goals around things like feeling clearer, calmer, and more confident in yourself. My hope is that you leave each session feeling truly heard, and over time, more connected to what matters most to you.
