Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and cisgender women on their paths to healing and self-discovery. Using CBT, Gestalt, Polyvagal theory, and Internal Family Systems, I create an affirming space to build resilience, deepen self-connection, and embrace authentic living.

I received my master degree in social work from NSU Tahlequah in 2023 and have focused on women and the LGBTQIA+ community from the beginning.

My approach to therapy

I provide thoughtful, affirming support to members of the LGBTQIA+ community and cisgender women on their journeys of healing and self-discovery. Grounded in respect and positive regard, I help you navigate life’s challenges and uncover your full potential. At Golden Vale, your story matters, your growth is valued, and your true self is recognized.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know you don’t have to walk this path alone. Whatever you’re carrying, your story matters and deserves to be heard. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and self-discovery, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
