Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist who provides compassionate, goal-oriented therapy for adolescents and adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, life transitions, and stress-related challenges. My approach focuses on helping clients build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns that support long term emotional and behavioral well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I work to understand the full context of a client’s life, including thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and personal values. I frequently use cognitive behavioral strategies, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed techniques to help clients identify patterns that are keeping them stuck and move toward meaningful change. Therapy with me is both supportive and structured, with a focus on building coping skills, improving decision-making, and strengthening resilience.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a relaxed and supportive environment where they can share their concerns at their own pace. We will explore current challenges, clarify goals for therapy, and begin identifying practical steps toward improvement. My goal is to help clients leave the first session feeling heard, encouraged, and hopeful about the path forward. Together, we will develop a clear plan that promotes growth, stability, and long-term progress.
