Great to meet you!

Hello & Welcome! I have been practicing psychotherapy for the past 10 years, with experience in family, group, and individual therapy. I have experience working in both traditional and experiential therapy settings across 5 states.

My approach to therapy

I work first and foremost from a person centered and relational point of view, understanding the therapeutic relationship as the primary vehicle for change. I also utilize mindfulness, story telling, and metaphor to help make sense of otherwise complicated circumstances. I also draw on the wisdom in nature, observing the natural ebb and flow of growth and development.

What you can expect from me

During your first session you can expect that we clarify expectations and ideas about therapy, what it is, can be, and has been understood as. The first session is where information gathering begins, often looking like a dialogue about what brings you to therapy. We will then discuss scheduling, and goals for the months to follow.
