Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I take a holistic approach and understand the importance of balancing all aspects of one's life in order to find happiness and stability. I appreciate the opportunity to work with those who are seeking support and offer a welcoming and supportive environment to discuss your goals. My focus is on helping those managing mood and anxiety disorders and my practice has typically focused on working with adults and seniors.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients focuses on a holistic, strengths-based approach that recognizes the unique resources each person brings with them in our work together. It is my belief that understanding how one perceives themselves and others allows them to make changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

First visits will focus on creating a warm, supportive environment with the goal of learning more about the client and what they hope to gain from therapy.
