Great to meet you!

I work with people fifteen and older. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychosis, and substance use through an eclectic style combining cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing. I have a passion for helping people achieve their goals and realize their potential.

I received his Master of Social Work degree from Appalachian State University. In his my spare time, Matt enjoys playing the guitar, listening to music, and martial arts. My favorite quote is “I am strong, because I’ve been weak. I am fearless, because I’ve been afraid. I am wise, because I’ve been foolish.” ~ Anonymous
