Great to meet you!

I've been a licensed MFT since 2015 in the state of Oklahoma. I received my Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University. I love to help adults of any age with individual issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Trauma recovery, and Relationship issues. I also love to help couples navigate Conflict Management, Parenting, Finances, and maintaining effective Boundaries with extended family members and adult children.

My approach to therapy

I try to help couples and individuals find practical and effective ways to manage life's difficulties, using a Cognitive Behavioral approach, which I believe makes therapy relevant to everyone in their real life struggles.

What you can expect from me

I work hard to create a welcoming environment by trying to connect with the client and ease their anxiety about counseling. And once that is established, I try to remain very practical in my approach to the client's issues. With a Cognitive Behavioral approach, I help each client become more aware of their individual "buttons" that can be pushed by their partner/spouse, and help find new ways to see those situations.
