Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health industry since 2001. Significant portion of my professional experience has been psychiatric and addiction hospitals. Within these environments, I have worked with individuals and families struggling with a range of psychiatric and addiction issues.

I also have extensive experience practicing with individual, couples, and families in my private practice.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, & adults . My style is grounded in person-centered therapy but is also informed by CBT, psychodynamic, & transpersonal approaches. I approach psychotherapy in very down to earth manner, despite my theoretical grounding. I like to use humor because I truly believe: "if you're laughing, you're learning."

What you can expect from me

I am able to offer clients a deeper perspective of where their struggles originate, while also providing concrete steps on how to achieve their goals.
