Great to meet you!

I am a trained Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I completed my master's degree and early clinical training in Los Angeles, California. I have 20 years of experience in behavioral health services. I apply my extensive experience toward helping you. I started providing tele-therapy in 2020. I believe that technology supports the therapeutic process by making it easier for clients to participate in meetings and engage in work between sessions to help support positive change.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach emphasizes personalized care in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, allowing you to explore your thoughts and emotions while developing coping skills. I am trained in evidence-based modalities of care, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, depression,ADHD, substance use, and coping with grief and loss.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story. It will be important to learn what you want to achieve as a result of therapy. From there, we’ll collaborate in the following sessions to achieve your goals and meaningful change.
